DDi support I've been trying to get a hold of for months. All the say is they will respond in 72hours and if your lucky they will in 2 months! It's the worst support ever. A few stores quit using Spark and switched to Uber, Roadie, DD, or PPUP (although DD is out of the picture now). I've always wondered why they'd do that since Spark is Walmart's own platform. I'm a curious cat, lol. Some Neighborhood Markets and smaller stores stopped delivery altogether and shifted those customers to bigger stores in the area.
