Meaning that I was scheduled for 16 hours per work day. I never accumulated points and literally had unlimited upt until work flow fixed my schedule. I would miss work for a full 10 hour day and my balance would always remain at 80. I must have used over 400 hours and always maintained a full balance.

While They don't want to be seen as terminating people who take time off over Covid issues, they are happy enough to terminate these folks for negative UPT or have them quit.
