Turns out it depends on how you die. I lost my bat to a carno due to the game crashing. Respawned and decided I would just run into the cave without a tame like a dumbass. But I figured. "I got the fjordhawk so i should be fine". Was about to die due to onyc, spider and scorpion.When I spawned in on fjordur I immediately teleported to asgard north which is close to an obelisk so I could get my gear and tames.
