My relic conduit doesn’t have the taipan quest. I don’t have the quest, but the only thing in the conduit is the relic teacher. Taipan is a world drop. There is also a deep sight tutorial quest. You have to first level up the enigma glave to like enhanced perks then it will let you pick up the quests for new AR and then the taipan.
