For anyone whose main character is not strong enough to join HLW teams (2-3T BA), building bossing mules is definitely not a good priority. People I know who are building bossing mules are all level 260+ players with half of their gears being 22 stars + 3 lines. Keep grinding on your main character and save all your resources for it.
