I believe the SFAR's come with AGB so gas shouldn't be a problem. 16” midlength .308s tend to be over gassed. I’d say skip this option. Ideally, you’d get the 20” rifle and cut down to 16” so as to have a rifle length gas systems more compatible with suppressor use. The muzzle stops and starts quickly and breaking the trigger on target then getting back on target is no real challenge, especially considering the chambering.
