When the raise or angle buttons are pressed you can hear the solenoid engage but there is no 12v on the output. I measure a good 12v on the input but on the output there is only 3 to 5v.Put a jack under it and once it's up put the transport lock on it. I did this using a jack that took it up 8 inches, high enough to put two 4 X 4 blocks under the plow edge. The jack was placed at the top of the "A" part of the frame and as it went up the center cylinder did not extend out at all.Fisher XV2 problem. Plow is three years old.
